I am a product designer, with Bachelors in Product Design from Taiwan and Masters in Human Computer Interaction from the USA.
I am drawn to systems where design untangles real-world complexity. Whether it’s asset management, health data dashboards, factory workflows, or government service tools—I design to make sense of intricate operations and help teams focus on what matters.
I specialize in distilling user intent and aligning it with system logic. I map out real tasks, workflows, and edge cases—so people can focus on their work, not the interface. Design, to me, is operational clarity, not decoration.
I care about design that supports real work—not vanity clicks. I am especially interested in civic tech, public systems, and B2B tools where design quietly amplifies trust, coordination, and service delivery. The less the user notices the interface, the more it is doing its job.
